Le Sablon, where life is good
Our Quartier du Sablon still has not lost its charming aspect of ‘village in the city’s heart’, even in the face of numerous sometimes drastic urban developments.
This is the village in which we enjoy living and working: an environment both modern and eccentric.
ART
in all its forms continues to be the unique turning-table of this typical quarter: the art that preserves its richness of quality and investment in a world where money becomes more and more abstract.
In today’s stressed and instable world, le Sablon stays a peaceful haven of relaxation and recreation in the historical and artistic centre of Brussels, unique in Europe, with a charm no one can resist.
We wholeheartedly thank our members and our sponsors, whose unwavering support enables us to further enliven our quarter. Thanks to them our Association is also able to organise the wonderful illuminations at the end of the year. We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the private associates for the support.
We would also like to extend our gratitude to all the private associates for their support. We especially thank Mister Fabio Giannotti , general manager of the Banca Monte Paschi Belgio. As well as our institutional partners, inparticular mister Charles Picqué, Minister-President of the Brussels-Capital Region, mister Guy Vanhengel, Minister of Budget, miss Sabine Laruelle, Minister of Middle Classes, and mister Benoît Cerexhe, Minister for Economic Affairs.
